Scarborough Primary School (PS) is seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 and 2025 school years. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within this timeframe.

The Role
Suitable applicants should be highly motivated, energetic and possess the qualities to promote excellence, build effective teams, and implement innovative curriculum. They will ideally be extremely collaborative and work within phases and committees to improve the outcomes of all children in a team environment. Active engagement in self-refection to improve their understanding and practice of our whole school programs and pedagogy will be well regarded.
Suitable applicants will ideally display a restorative approach towards behaviour support and are able to uphold the practices, values, and strategies in line with trauma informed practice. Experience in supporting and differentiating for students with additional needs such as neurodiversity, EAL/D and medical and mental health issues is also desirable.
