This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP
Statewide Services provides the services and supports required by schools to enable student achievement, with a focus on those students and schools that need it most. It encompasses both school and system-facing service delivery. Along with it’s focus on support schools, it also has an important system-facing role supporting strategy and policy development.
The Role
In this key role you will provide high-level administrative, ministerial, and executive support to the Executive Director, Statewide Services in relation to the operations of the Division. This may include:
- managing enquiries and requests
- scheduling appointments
- coordinating correspondence, Ministerial responses and briefing notes
- coordinating travel and accommodation requirements
- paying accounts and organising corporate card statements and payment vouchers
To perform successfully in the role, candidates should have strong organisational and communication skills. Candidates will need to manage a challenging and diverse workload, requiring them to prioritise, innovate and make sound decisions.
