The Role
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in education? Gwynne Park ESC is eagerly seeking a dynamic Manager of Corporate Services (MCS) to join our dedicated team. As MCS, you'll play a pivotal role in faciliating the effective operations of the school, to support students with special needs and their families.
As MCS, you will collaborate closely with our co-located school, leveraging exceptional interpersonal acumen to foster productive partnerships and enhance educational outcomes within our inclusive community. You should also have the ability to provide input into the development, implementation, and monitoring of business and marketing plans. Applicants with sound conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills will be well regarded.
The successful applicant will ideally have sound financial management skills, including budget preparation, and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures. You should also have sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems. Applicants with leadership skills in the delivery of business outcomes, and sound customer service principles and practices are encouraged to apply.
