The Role
You will be part of the Program and Projects - Project Services Lead Team. In this role you will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of over 80 active project schedules, managed by more than 60 Project Managers spread into 3 main Programs.
You will produce current and future projects resource plans as well as resourcing reports (including specialist Project engineering resources) to facilitate the delivery of all projects. You will also contribute to the branch engagement and performance by providing ideas and opinions for improvement; delivering on divisional objectives and management expectations, maintaining and developing competence whilst training and supporting the development of team members.
To be successful in this position you need substantial knowledge, understanding and experience in project scheduling in large organisations or on significant numbers of projects. You will have demonstrated experience in scheduling resources on engineering or technology based products and a qualification in a relevant field.
This temporary position is offered for 12 months with the possibility of an extension and/or permanency.
