About the Role
Main Roads are seeking an experienced and qualified Maintenance Manager to join our Wheatbelt Regional team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and innovative team based in our modern office in Northam.
As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the Routine, Periodic and Specific (Heavy) Maintenance Programs in accordance with Main Roads Construction and Maintenance Standards.
This position will manage financial, technological, physical and other resources, including subcontractors to deliver the regional maintenance and annual works program and report on delivery of programs to all stakeholders.
In addition, the role provides specialist advice on maintenance management plans and collaborates with the Network Manager and Asset Manager in developing the Ten Year Network Delivery Plan.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in road maintenance planning and delivery, was well as proven skills in project and contract management, including managing maintenance and capital works programs.
Your ability to lead a team and to build positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.

- Road maintenance practice including resurfacing and rehabilitation treatments and practices
- Project and contract management
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
