Applications are open for Registered Nurses to join leading hospitals within East Metropolitan Health Services (EMHS)- Armadale Health Service, Rehabilitation and Subacute Medicine Unit.

Armadale Health Service, Rehabilitation and Subacute Medicine Unit is a 40-bed Rehabilitation and Subacute Medicine Unit, providing inpatient Rehabilitation involving therapy, clinical care, and services for patients primarily over the age of 65 years.

Our team provides a multi-disciplinary team care to patient’s post-surgery, de-conditioning post-medical illness, cardiac, pulmonary, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

About you

If you have a passion for working with Older Adults and have prior experience in Rehab or Aged Care, then we would like to hear from you!

  • You will be AHPRA Registered
  • Able to demonstrate your clinical knowledge and relevant experience in the delivery of evidence-based nursing care within older adult rehabilitation and subacute medicine
  • Have at least 6 months experience working in older adult rehabilitation and subacute medicine
  • Demonstrate high level of communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution
  • have the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Be driven by a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
