Service, Rehabilitation and Subacute Medicine
Unit is a 40-bed Rehabilitation and Subacute Medicine
Unit, providing inpatient Rehabilitation involving therapy,
clinical care, and services for patients primarily over the age of
65 years.
Our team provides a
multi-disciplinary team care to patient’s post-surgery,
de-conditioning post-medical illness, cardiac, pulmonary,
orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological
conditions.

About
you
If you have a passion for
working with Older Adults and have prior experience in Rehab or
Aged Care, then we would like to hear from you!
- You will
be AHPRA Registered
- Able to
demonstrate your clinical knowledge and relevant experience in
the delivery of evidence-based nursing care within older adult
rehabilitation and subacute medicine
- Have at
least 6 months experience working in older adult rehabilitation
and subacute medicine
- Demonstrate high level
of communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict
resolution
- have the
ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Be
driven by a passion for providing exceptional patient
care.

made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or

This recruitment pool will

noted:
- The
panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications

- Suitable
applicants will be placed in a pool and appointments may be
made when similar vacancies occur within any EMHS
facility.
