appointment for Permanent Full Time 75 hours per
fortnight

Your
new role
As the Senior
Data and Systems Analyst you will contribute to the efficient
operation of the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office
by coordinating the preparation of complaints data and information
from internal and external data sources. The position coordinates
data collection, analysis, identifies trends and issues, writes
reports and undertakes research and projects as required. The
position coordinates projects within the Strategy and Engagement
team and provides training and support to staff in the use of the
case management system or other relevant software
applications.
