This is a recruitment pool
for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time,
Fixed Term Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension
and/or permanency.
Position Profile: Take a step
away from the routine of ward-based duties and practice your

families.
Provide expert
and evidence-based nursing care to children and adolescents in
their own homes. Work autonomously and be part of a

Your
skills are needed in this specialty. Local, National and
International Nurses with relevant experience or senior nurses
wanting to transition and upskill to paediatric care are invited to

About the Department/Service /Directorate:
Hospital in the Home (HitH) is an alternative to
in-hospital stay where patients remain under the care of their
hospital doctor and HitH nurses, allied health and additional home
supports in their own home environment. Our nurses provide
treatments such as intravenous antibiotics, dressings, clinical
assessments, central venous access devices (CVAD) care and parental
support.

Demonstrated leadership skills.
For the
Registered Nurse position
- EC2:
Demonstrated relevant clinical skills and ability to provide
competent nursing care.
- EC4:
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal
skills.
- EC5:
Demonstrated ability to undertake patient/carer
teaching.
A

This is an
“open-ended” recruitment pool, and as such the
following should be noted:
- The
panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and
will assess on a regular basis.

made from this pool until 30 June 2025.
Whilst this
selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,
