Appointment to any position in the Office is subject to the successful candidate providing a satisfactory National Police Certificate, in accordance with our policy. While this recruitment process will be used to fill the above vacancy, it may be used to fill similar vacancies in the Office. In addition to this, should the successful candidate decline or vacate the position, then the next most suitable candidate may also be selected from this process. Both these options are valid for a 12 month period from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position supports the Deputy Director to develop and deliver initiatives in line with the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy. This directly supports the Director’s function as described in s.10 of the Health and Disability Services (Complaints) Act 1995 which is to educate the community and service providers about complaint handling and publish and promote the work of the Office.
