Position Profile:
Our Chief Operating Officers are key members of the senior Executive team, leading and managing service delivery and development across the state.
The Chief Operating Officer - Remote is responsible for leading service provision within the Kimberley, Pilbara, Midwest and Goldfields regions including the performance of hospitals and other programs operating within these regions. The Chief Operating Officer - Remote also has leadership and oversight of the contract management function within these regions.
The Chief Operating Officer - Rural is responsible for leading service provision within the Wheatbelt, South West and Great Southern regions, and the Emergency Access Program, Aged Care & Disability and Allied Health areas. This will include the performance of hospitals and other programs operating within these regions. The Chief Operating Officer - Rural also has leadership and oversight of the contract management function within these regions.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
