from Registered Midwives (Endorsed) to join the Royal
Perth Bentley Group (RPBG) at Bentley Health Service/ Hospital in
an exciting and new model of care for maternity services. The
service will provide a Midwifery Birth Centre for women within our
catchment area providing excellence in continuity of care from
pregnancy through to birth by the same midwife for each woman. This
model of care is the first of its’ kind offered within the WA
Health public sector.
We are seeking to establish
a pool of experienced, passionate and caring Registered Midwives
(Endorsed) to join our Midwifery Birth Centre team providing
evidence based and high-quality patient care as autonomous
practitioners. If you have current AHPRA registration as Registered
Midwife with ‘Endorsement’ to prescribe schedule 2,3,5
and 8 medications required for midwifery practice across pregnancy,
labour, birth and postnatal care, then we would like to hear from
you.
Our new Midwifery Birth
Centre is located at Bentley Health Service/Hospital within a local
community setting with dedicated and upgraded facilities for women
accessing our services. Services include antenatal,
intrapartum/birthing and postnatal.

This is a Recruitment Pool

appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s)

This recruitment pool will
be open for 6 months, and the following should be
noted:
- The
panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications
throughout this timeframe and will assess on a regular
basis.
- Suitable
applicants will be placed in a pool and appointments may be
made when similar vacancies occur within any EMHS
facility.
