About the role
This exciting and dynamic role is an integral part of the Media, Marketing and Audience Development team. The role supports the Membership and Ticketing Coordinator in administering and maintaining the Museum’s ticketing system and membership program; and is part of a fun and passionate team, who love what they do.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering the best visitor experience across all channels. You love the challenge of problem-solving in a creative environment and thrive in a fast-paced office where no two days are the same. You are comfortable working across a range of digital, ticketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Work in all facets of the ticketing system process and operations, including event ticketing builds for all WA Museum sites, programs and exhibitions.
- Maintain quality-control of the highly critical and sensitive ticketing and CRM system.
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing members, providing a high level of customer service throughout the membership life cycle.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with multiple stakeholders within the organisation to deliver a seamless membership and ticketing experience.

- A passion for problem-solving, with the ability to juggle competing tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Pool Recruitment
This Pool will be open for a period of 12 months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed-term, full time, and part time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise, however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
Applicants found suitable for this Pool may be considered for subsequent, similar vacancies within the WA Museum for the duration of the Pool.
