An amazing opportunity to join WA Country Health Service – Central Office as Legal Service Executive Coordinator on a Permanent Full-time basis.

The Opportunity: This position is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Service Executive Coordinator to work closely with the in-house legal team. You will provide executive and administrative support to the General Counsel and the legal team.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in providing executive support in a legal environment with an understanding of legal procedure and terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate and deal with sensitive issues.
- Ability to work autonomously with high level of judgement and initiative.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of records management (physical and electronic)
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to provide strategic solutions to information systems.
Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
