About the Role

Main Roads Western Australia is growing rapidly due to technological advancements and their impact on the transport landscape. This growth is creating new challenges and opportunities within the organisation.

The Legal and Commercial Services branch within Main Roads is a small dynamic team that provide a variety of legal and commercial solutions that support effective decision making throughout the organisation.

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Coordinator facilitates the FOI process across Main Roads which includes consulting, liaising, negotiation and providing specialist advice and support on FOI applications.

The ideal candidate will be team orientated and has proven experience in working with a range of stakeholders. You will have the ability to effectively collaborate with senior and executive management and negotiate with FOI applicants. Strong communication skills and experience in interpreting and applying Legislation and Acts is also critical to your success in this position.
