This is a fixed term part time position working 22.5 hours per fortnight for 12 months (with possibility of extensions up to 2 years total appointment) subject to business requirements. Days and hours to be negotiated with successful applicant but can accommodate school hours.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced office allrounder to join our Carnarvon Office.
Supporting our Carnarvon based lawyer and reporting to the Office Supervisor based in Geraldton you will perform a range of administrative and secretarial tasks.
About you
Ideally you will have an administration background, word processing and data entry skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. On-the-job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
We are looking for applicants with excellent communication and people skills, with a high attention to detail. An ability to work with minimal supervision in a small team environment is essential.
