This role provides support to the Manager Administration. As a result, it involves the provision of assistance with the National Trust office management, administration and support services, including asset management and natural heritage. Key duties: 1. Provision of administrative support services for the Natural Heritage programme, including database systems update and upkeep, and oversight of requirements relating to Parkwater (sales, caveats, levies, invoice processing, legal liaison); 2. Provision of administrative support services for Asset Management, including invoice processing and database systems update and upkeep; 3. Provision of administrative support and customer service for Corporate Services, including reception duties; 4. Provision of administrative support services for records management across all areas of involvement; and 5. Other duties as directed by the CEO.
1. Demonstrated ability and experience to work within a team environment and independently, and able to complete tasks within a specified period; 2. Demonstrated ability and experience in customer service, administration, office and financial management; 3. A strong command of the English language and well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail; 4. Demonstrated ability and experience to multi-task; 5. Sound demonstrated information technology skills including MS Office suite of software, Excel, Outlook and database administration; 6. Well developed interpersonal and relationship skills; 7. Demonstrated knowledge and experience relating to the administrative and legal preparation of caveats, deeds and statutory documentation; 8. "C" Class Driver's Licence; 9. National Police Clearance.
Following an initial 12 month fixed-term contract, with a six-month probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance and financial viability, a longer term extension may be offered. Permanency in the future will be subject to Clause 11 of the Premier's Circular 2018/02.
