The Arts and Culture Trust (ACT) was established on 1 July 2022 when the Arts and Culture Trust Act 2021 was proclaimed, replacing the Perth Theatre Trust (PTT).

About the role
The Manager Hospitality will lead and support a culture of safety first, continuous improvement and customer service excellence within the hospitality operations team.
The role leads a small team to deliver hospitality services linked to entertainment offerings at the various venues, including but not limited to private events and functions.
The position will build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and develop accountabilities, skills, and capabilities of the hospitality team.
The Manager Hospitality will deliver safe, innovative, high quality customer experiences, ensuring optimisation of both venue usage and financial returns.
About you
Your previous experience in managing hospitality business operations in a busy environment has provided you with strong leadership skills which you use to effectively support, manage and motivate a small team.
You use your effective communication and consultation skills to develop high level partnerships with a range of stakeholders to deliver world class services.
Your sound financial and stock management skills will contribute to the delivery of profitable events.
Your exceptional time management, organisational and problem-solving skills will contribute to improvements in the customer experience and optimisation of venue usage.

Eligibility to Apply

Location
The role is based at His Majesty’s Theatre, 825 Hay Street Perth, but may be required to operate from any metropolitan location.
This historic location is in one of the most ideal spots in the Perth CBD - just minutes away from a range of public transport options, a huge selection of local restaurants (including our beautiful in-house cafe, restaurant and bar - Crew & King) and essential stores.
