About the role

If you have ticketing expertise and experience in providing high quality customer service to stakeholders and customers, this job is for you! We are seeking positive and vibrant people to join ACT’s Ticketing team. Our Ticketing and Sales Representatives work across three of Perth’s most exciting performing arts venues, so every day will always be a little different than your last! From selling tickets to working opening night for the Ballet.

The Ticketing Sales Representative provides high quality customer service and ticketing expertise to customers and stakeholders. 

Pool Recruitment

ACT is seeking to establish a pool of Ticketing Sales Representatives for appointments to casual or fixed-term vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be offered as vacancies arise over the next twelve months from the initial date of appointment from this pool, however, an appointment is not guaranteed.

Conditions

A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment.

Applicants found suitable for this recruitment pool may also be considered for ‘similar’ vacancies within ACT and the wider public sector which arise prior to the pool’s closing date. Future vacancies may be considered fixed term, part-time or full-time.

For temporary (fixed term or casual) positions, you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

Location

As stated above, these positions will be placed across ACT’s Perth metropolitan venues, where required.
