ICT Service Delivery Coordinator
About the Role
As part of the Finance and Commercial Services Directorate, the Information Management Branch’s responsibility is to enable business through innovative, agile, and reliable Information and Communications Technology Systems and Services.
The Information Management Branch manages a large and complex network that supports over 2000 staff and 300+ applications across the whole state. It delivers ICT Services for the whole organisation with a mix of cloud and on-premise technology. In this role in our Information and Communications Technology team based in East Perth, you will lead a team to support the financial applications and their integration into management systems to support business requirements.
About You
As an experienced ICT professional, you will co-ordinate the identification, provision and management of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), including on-premise and cloud based systems. You will also review the services operational performance. As the ICT Service Delivery Coordinator, you will development and implement operational short and long-term plans, standards, procedures and guidelines for the deployment and use of ICT services throughout Main Roads. Your experience and expertise will see you lead the development, integration and maintenance of financial systems as well as provide expert advice and solutions. We are looking for a proactive, solutions focused professional with strong problem-solving capability. Your ICT expertise will support you to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
