HitH is an alternative to in-hospital stay where patients remain under the care of their hospital doctor and HitH nurses, allied health and additional home supports. 

Hospital in the Home (HitH) is a specialised service and area of need within CAHS.   

Your skills are needed in this specialty. Local, National and International Nurses with relevant experience or senior nurses wanting to transition and upskill to paediatric care are invited to apply. Reimbursement of relocation expenses is available.
