About the role
This newly created position will oversee internal and external communications at Legal Aid WA and lead the development and implementation of a communications strategy.
With a focus on elevating Legal Aid WA’s profile and public awareness, you will provide strategic advice and assistance with:
- corporate communications, publications and events
- media and public relations
- stakeholder engagement
- internal communications and
- use of digital media.
About you
We are looking for:
- a leader who is able to think strategically, identify emerging trends and opportunities and develop innovative communication solutions.
- experience in corporate communications, including developing and implementing a communications strategy.
- ability to use digital and traditional media in a strategic and creative way to effectively convey messaging.
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government.
