About the role
We are seeking a suitably experienced person to fill the permanent full-time position of Senior Strategy and Research Officer.
This position leads a team to develop high-level evidence based strategic advice as it relates to evaluation and research to inform the development of the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries’ sport and recreation programs and services.
The successful candidate should have experience in understanding and interpreting contemporary research and policy documents, ideally in relation to sport, recreation and physical activity.

This role is based at 246 Vincent Street Leederville.
