Closing date extended to 4pm 31 March 2024
Communities acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Western Australia, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future.
The Frontline Talent Register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for short term contract opportunities (up to twelve (12) months) at the Department of Communities in a range of key front-line positions located in the Perth Metropolitan area and Peel Region. Opportunities are temporary, and casual and may be full time or part time.
For some roles we can make direct appointments which will mean you won’t need to go through a full competitive recruitment process.
You only need to register your interest once, and your application will remain on our jobs register until 31 March 2024.
One Communities, One Team
The work we do at Communities is complex, important and meaningful. We focus on the needs and aspirations of the individuals, children and families we serve. We support people to be the best they can be, to live a meaningful life, with opportunity.
We value diversity
To deliver the best service to our clients we want a workforce that reflects the diverse community that we serve. The more diverse and inclusive our internal community is, the more unique perspectives and bright ideas we share. We want applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, women and youth.
