Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2024.
Position Profile: We are seeking experienced Clinical Nurses (RN Level 2) to join our CRS team within the Department of Health. This position provides a unique opportunity for you to apply your Clinical Nursing expertise in a system-wide, centralised office environment. The Clinical Nurse position requires you to assess, process and allocate patient referrals aligned to clinical specialty and priority using the CRS’s electronic referral management system. This position plays a vital role in facilitating and promoting patient safety and quality of care.
Area Profile: The Central Referral Service (CRS) provides a coordinated and sustainable model for outpatient referral management across the health system.
