Solicitor Level 3/4 - Community Legal Education (CLE) & Training
Early Intervention Services Division
Up to $135,636 gross per annum + super + benefits
Permanent, Full Time
Early Intervention Services requires a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for developing and delivering community legal education and training to join the CLE team.
You will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills and a high level of initiative. Considerable post-admission experience in family, civil or criminal law is also required.
About the role
* Developing and maintaining legal resources
* Developing materials for CLE and presenting sessions
* Mentoring and supervising volunteers, paralegals and junior lawyers
* Stakeholder engagement
* Developing and delivering legal and paralegal training
* Assisting the Director with ongoing project work
* Working on other projects as required.
About You
The successful candidate must be willing to present CLE and training to small and large groups.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable or be willing to complete if required.

The attached Job Description Form (JDF) provides an overview of the role, along with the selection criteria against which you will be assessed throughout the selection process.
