About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated facilities professional to join our team.
This position will be responsible for the effective management of our campus facilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our staff to work in and our students to study. You will ensure that we comply with statutory requirements and maximise the efforts of our team across the region.
To be successful, you will have the following…
- A strong working knowledge of facilities management in a regional setting
- The ability to inspire and lead a team of dedicated facilities professionals
- An understanding of managing up to (to our College Executive , the Department of Training and Workforce and other pivotal government agencies); managing out to internal and external clients; managing in to yourself and managing down to your staff.
- You will have a strong focus on the delivery of project outcomes within budget, on time and to the agreed level of specification.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
The WA Government mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy includes occupations in TAFE colleges as critical to the ongoing delivery of critical services to the community. You are required to provide evidence that you have had your first COVID-19 vaccination by 31 December 2021 and are fully vaccinated by 31 January 2022.
Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
To be eligible for appointment Australian Citizenship, relevant visa or permanent residency is required.
