Seeking an enthusiastic individual who has strong clerical, computer and excellent customer service skills!

These positions are part of the Aboriginal Employment Program (AEP), which is a diversity initiative to achieve equality and increase workforce representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Therefore, pursuant to Section 51 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA), only Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants will be considered for this role (refer to Section 51 – Fact Sheet).

What is the AEP about?
The AEP is a 12-month program which provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employment and career development opportunities. The program commences in February 2022.

The position
As a Board Support Officer, you will work within the Board Support team to assist in the administration of processes to support the statutory functions of the various Licensing and Registration Boards and Committees. You will be responsible for reviewing submissions to the various Licensing Boards and undertaking associated processing tasks to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
We are looking for a customer-focussed individual who has well developed analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people. Your ability to use standard software and database will also be essential for this role.
This position is located in Cannington, conveniently close distance from public transport, a local shopping centre and secure onsite parking. You will also enjoy onsite lifestyle facilities, including bike lockers, fully equipped change rooms, personal lockers and a cafe. You may also need to work at other sites as required.
