This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The Chief Allied Health Office (CAHO), led by the Chief Allied Health Officer, is seeking to appoint dynamic individuals to deliver projects across the CAHO portfolios of allied health, disability and homeless health care. Each successful applicant will lead the development and delivery of strategic projects in one portfolio under the direction of the CAHO management.
We currently have two Fixed Term appointments available until 30 June 2023. One position is to lead the CAHO disability portfolio and the other to deliver CAHO projects for people experiencing homelessness.
- Disability portfolio – This role develops solutions to issues identified at the interface between clinical health and disability, with a focus on the transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Homelessness portfolio – This role is responsible for developing and implementing priority projects for connecting people experiencing homelessness with appropriate health care

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/12/2022.
