Position Profile: Armadale Health Service is seeking a suitably experienced and skilled person for the Aboriginal Health Liaison Coordinator position. In this role you will provide leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of Aboriginal Health Liaison Services.
You will also provide cultural support and ensure culturally appropriate health care delivery to Aboriginal patients and their families receiving care at the Armadale Kalamunda Group. Consults and negotiates with key stakeholders and the Aboriginal community to ensure inter-sectoral support for initiatives. Provides cultural leadership and support to staff and managers within AKG and EMHS communities.

The hospital, which is part of the Armadale Kalamunda Group, is equipped with an Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit and provides high-quality general medical and surgery services, rehabilitation, maternity, paediatric and neonatal, mental health, renal medicine and dialysis services and ambulatory care.
