Position Profile: Pilbara Population Health are seeking a dynamic and experienced applicant to plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of timely and culturally appropriate Social Work services for inpatient, outpatients, community and child development for the West Pilbara. The Senior Social Worker provides clinical leadership, support and mentoring to a Social Work team.
Team Profile: Pilbara Population Health is a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Allied Health Assistants, Community nurses, Public Health clinicians and Health Promotion staff, that work together to provide community nursing, allied health, public health and health promotion services to the community.
