The Clinical Nurse Manager at Hedland Health Campus will provide clinical expertise and leadership in the delivery of care to the Hedland community and surrounds. This position plays a key role in being able to provide leadership, direction and support to the staff in the Emergency Department. This position is also pivotal to be able to develop specific education, support and delivery care methods that are suitable for the clients and staff of the local area. As the Clinical Nurse Manager there is a wider support network in the Pilbara of other Clinical Nurse Managers and Nursing Directors who are striving to achieve a common goal of “to recruit and retain a work force of inspiring, motivating and dedicated staff for the Pilbara”.
