Conditions
We currently have available one full time permanent vacancy available for immediate filling. A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department’s Police Record Screening Policy. There will also be a pool for 18 months for similar opportunities across the organisation.

Job Description
As Exhibition Loans Officer you will provide registration services in relation to incoming object loans for exhibitions and other public programming at the Western Australian Museum. The position acts as the key point of contact between object lenders and related third-party service providers and exhibition project teams. As such you will maintain a variety of documentation in relation to requesting, administering and reporting object loans, and work with project teams to develop and implement appropriate arrangements for object movements including freight, insurance, customs, quarantine, statutory, and policy compliance.
