Conditions
We currently have available two (2) full-time permanent Collections Data Officer vacancies available for immediate filling.
This pool will run for a period of 18 months from the date after the review period closes. Applicants deemed suitable will be placed into a pool where appointments may be considered for similar vacancies for permanent full-time.
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department’s Police Record Screening Policy.

Job Description
The Collections Data Officer assists the Coordinator of Collections Management to increase the scope and quality of digital records relating to the Museum’s collections, and to make that data accessible to the public, internal users and other stakeholders.
