We are seeking a committed and motivated professional with strong technical capability and well developed communication skills for this key leadership role in the Wheatbelt Region based in Northam.
To be successful you will:
- Have comprehensive operational asset management or road network operations or planning skills, knowledge and experience.
- Be a leader in the workplace, providing clear direction and an effective work environment.
- Manage the financial and technological resources along with managing employee behaviour, performance and development.
- Have proven experience in developing positive, collaborative and professional working relationships.
About the Role
As the Wheatbelt Region’s Network Manager, you will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in the planning and management of the road network, liaising with the community and working with key stakeholders to ensure the safety of all road users. You will represent the region on intergovernmental working groups and will be the interface for stakeholders working on the network, ensuring they comply with requirements and are able to navigate processes and systems.
