The Office of the Auditor General for Western Australia is an independent entity reporting directly to Parliament on public sector accountability and performance. We help Parliament hold government to account; are a key source of independent and objective information to the community; and help promote change to improve public services across 170 State and 148 local government entities.
About the role
The Business Administration Officer provides administrative and reception support services for the Office and within Business Services.
Experience in an administration or reception role using the Microsoft Office and an electronic document and records management system will be viewed favourably.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- experience in an administration or reception role
- experience using Microsoft Office and an electronic document records management system
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- a positive outlook and willingness to take on different tasks
- the ability to apply sound judgement and common sense to competing demands.
Public sector experience is not an essential requirement.
We currently have 1 permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.
