About the role
We are looking for an inspirational lecturer who is passionate about passing their vocation onto the workforce of the future.

Delivery areas may encompass varying streams from Certificate I level through to Certificate IV level across the following areas:

  • Certificate of General Education for Adults (CGEA);
  • Course in Gaining Access to Training & Employment (GATE);
  • Course in Underpinning Skills for Industry Qualifications (USIQ);
  • Course in Applied Vocational Study Skills (CAVSS).

To be successful, you will have the following…

  • Experience in delivering in remote communities to learners with low levels of literacy and numeracy
  • The ability to network and consult with clients, community groups and other stakeholders is an essential component of the position
  • Significant relevant industry/ vocational or lecturing experience (minimum of 5 years)
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed including a Bachelor of Education or equivalent (if you have international qualifications it is up to the you to prove their Australian equivalence.
  • It is preferred that applicants already possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or can demonstrate willingness or progression towards achieving it.
