Business Services Officer
About the Role
Main Roads is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Officer to join our Business Services Branch in the Planning and Technical Services Directorate.
The Directorate provides design, engineering, environmental, road dafety and surveying expertise to lead the development of technical solutions and services to support world-class, safe, reliable and sustainable road network.
Reporting to the Operations Business Manager, the role will be responsible for providing tailored business administration, financial and procurement support to the Planning and Technical Services Directorate whilst assisting in the development and implementation of systems, procedures and business improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in administration, be a confident communicator, have strong written communications skills and be capable of building collaborative working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Your demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting coupled with your good eye for detail and strong organisational skills will see you succeed in this role.

Additional Information
This is a pool recruitment process. A number of vacancies may be available at this time. A pool of suitable but not recommended applicants will operate for up to 12 months and appointed to available positions as required.
