Engineering Associate Cadetship
Our vision, your career.
THIS IS A POOL RECRUITMENT PROCESS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF OBTAINING A ONE (1) YEAR CADETSHIP.
People need to get to work, home and everywhere in between and businesses rely on our roads. With a rich history dating back to 1926 and an exciting future ahead, Main Roads Western Australia is the WA State Government agency responsible for managing the State's road network safely, connecting people and places. Main Roads is not just about roads. It’s about people.
Main Roads Western Australia is offering our Engineering Associate Cadetships to enthusiastic, invested and courageous students who are interested in working in and around Western Australia. This cadetship is available for students commencing their Advanced Diploma in Civil Construction Design or Advanced Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering in Semester 1 2021 at a Western Australian TAFE.
Our program offers paid tuition fees, a sustenance payment and paid vacation work over the summer break so you can focus on your studies at hand. Upon successful completion of your Advanced Diploma, you will be eligible to join our Engineering Associate Program. This involves three years of formal rotations including a 12-month regional placement within WA, exposure to a variety of business units and high profile projects, and a supportive training environment.
