About the Interagency Graduate Program
Our eighteen (18) month graduate program aims to build the skills, experience and networks required for a successful career in the public sector. A customised rotational plan exposes our graduates to a range of opportunities across the public sector. Initial employment is on a fixed basis with the provision for permanent appointment following successful completion of the first twelve (12) months.

About the Graduate Officer - Business Intelligence
The Business Intelligence team is seeking a recent graduate with a bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar (degree to be completed in the current or preceding calendar year).
The Business Intelligence team helps the department gain better value from its data, transforming it in to useful information to provide insights and support decision making at operational and strategic levels.
Within your graduate role, you will assist in the development of modern and dynamic business intelligence applications and reports for the department’s business areas and provide integral training and guidance around these applications. You will also help to design and implement the department’s data warehouse.
On completion of the graduate program you will carry out the role of Business Intelligence Officer with involvement in all areas of the team’s work, with the flexibility to focus on those aspects that align more closely with your field of study and the opportunity to develop skills in the others.
This position is located in East Perth however, you may be required to work at other sites.
