Legal Aid WA are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the Pilbara (South Hedland) Regional office, to be part of our new Work and Development Permit Service (WDPS).
This is a Fixed Term, Part Time position working 3 days per week to 30 June 2023.
About the role
The purpose of this position is to assist the Community Liaison and Education officer (CLEO), other administrative staff and lawyers in the South Hedland Regional office to achieve positive legal outcomes for Aboriginal people in the Pilbara, in respect of the new work and development permit scheme.

- Be able to communicate well with staff and clients
- Have a desire to provide assistance to our clients
- Have good organisational skills and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a legal setting is desirable.
