About the role
Calling all teachers! Have you got 5 years teaching experience? Have you thought about working with adults?
North Regional TAFE are currently looking for a full-time lecturer for our Broome campus to provide support to our vocational students with the Language, Literacy and Numeracy requirements of their qualifications, run work readiness and general education programs and deliver to English as Second Language students. We need a motivated person who is good at networking and consulting with stakeholders and are imaginative with delivery. North Regional TAFE offer great working conditions and rewarding teaching programs.
Courses we run include Certificates of Leadership, Certificates of Spoken and Written English (CSWE); Certificate of General Education for Adults (CGEA); Course in Gaining Access to Training & Employment (GATE); Course in Underpinning Skills for Industry Qualifications (USIQ); and Course in Applied Vocational Study Skills (CAVSS).
To be eligible, you will have the following…
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
- Teaching qualification in Primary or Secondary Education
- It is preferred that applicants already possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or can demonstrate willingness or progression towards achieving it.
