About The Role:
The Principal Policy Officer will undertake a project to develop and operationalise an Outcomes Measurement Framework for community services procurement. This project will deliver on an objective of the Supporting Communities commitments made by the WA Government.
This project aims to build on the conceptual foundations of the Outcomes Measurement Framework already developed, and will require a workable alignment of procurement and planning to population level outcomes that is considered workable by government agencies and the community services sector.
The role will require collaboration with various stakeholders in agencies and the not for profit sector, high level consultation and negotiation skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
