About The Roles:
The Procurement Support Officer, Level 3 role provides support and administrative services that assist the Directorate meet client needs and corporate objectives. This involves undertaking research on contractual and policy matters and maintaining contract data.
The Policy Support Officer, Level 4 role undertakes a range of activities to assist the Funding and Contracting Services (FaCS) branch to meet stakeholder (including Government agencies, community services and social sector organisations and businesses) needs. This involves assisting and supporting the FaCS branch in all aspects of community services and social procurement policy, practice and initiatives.
About You:
Procurement Support Officer, Level 3
You will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and work effectively within a team environment. Your written communication skills will enable you to develop newsletter articles for external audiences.
Policy Support Officer, Level 4
Your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships. You have strong research and analytical skills and the ability to write in a clear and professional manner.
