About the Role
This is a full-time Fixed Term position for a period of up to 18 months with the possibility of extension. The most competitive applicant will be offered the position as an expression of interest, secondment opportunity or fixed term contract depending on their circumstances.
The Infrastructure Delivery Directorate Business Administration team are seeking an experienced person for a critical business role, responsible for providing effective co-ordination of Project Support Administration Services.
This role will see you assist the Business Manager with co-ordinating the provision of project support administration for all Infrastructure Projects, supervising work, project allocation and training and development of all Project Support Officers. A key element of this role is the development and maintenance of key processes and procedures for project administration tasks.
You will also support the Directorate through building and maintaining effective working relationship with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and providing advice and assistance to all staff.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the provision of business and project administration services. You will have proven experience in contract business and administration processes and practices, procurement and purchasing and have experience supervising a team. Your ability to build effective working relationships will be important in this role and knowledge in the development and implementation of systems and procedures will be beneficial.
