The Opportunity;
We are seeking part-time Ticketing Officers to provide high quality customer service, as a primary point of contact for tour bookings, gift shop merchandise and general visitor information at one of Western Australia’s most unique visitor attractions.
This is a recruitment pool to fill vacancies as they arise. Suitable applicants may be considered for appointment to permanent or fixed term, part-time vacancies for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial date of the appointment from this pool.
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate;
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Good communication skills, and an ability to tailor message delivery to a widerange of audiences
- Experience in handling cash and transaction processing using a variety of technologies, including touch screen displays, cash registers, EFTPOS terminals and ticket printers
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
Flexibility to respond to variable work demands and the ability to work outside traditional business hours is also required.
