About the role
The Administration Assistant (Exec Support) provides a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Superintendent and Senior Management Team at the prison to assist with the efficient and effective operation of the prison.
About you
To be successful in the role you will;
- Provide and maintain accurate correspondent tracking and recording system for the prison.
- Arrange meetings for the Superintendent and Senior Management, including updating the boardroom book, attendees, agenda, catering and advising appropriate personnel as required.
- Act as minute taker at meetings when required.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Possess a high degree of competency, accuracy and attention to detail in processing and data entry.
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.
