Applicants must :
- Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Be a new graduate who has not previously participated in a Graduate Registered Nurse Program.
- Not have worked more than 988 hours as a Registered Nurse prior to date of application.
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, or, citizen of New Zealand.
- Have completed nursing studies after June 30 2017.
Preference for interview and appointment will be given to local Western Australian Graduates with Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.

Job Description:
Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) requires you to meet the Nursing Midwifery Board Australia (NMBA) mandatory registration standards. RNs are required to practise within the relevant NMBA approved standards, codes, guidelines and frameworks.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence based nursing care within a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills within a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills within a clinical setting.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the principles of quality improvement and risk management within practice.
