ABOUT THE ROLE
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation is seeking a highly organised and driven individual for a permanent full time opportunity as Manager Licensing – Waste Industries within the Industry Regulation branch.
The primary function of this position is to manage a team which has responsibility for assessing and determining applications for works approvals and licences, undertaking licence reviews and supporting compliance programs in the waste sector under the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The role has delegated responsibilities for making decisions under Part V of this Act.
