About the role
The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries are seeking to establish a pool of Human Resources Consultants for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies.
The human resource consultant pool will be used to fill roles that will provide a comprehensive consultancy and advisory service to the Department.
We are looking for enthusiastic people with a range of human resource experience in recruitment, workforce management, establishment, change management, performance, employee relations, learning & development and redeployment & redundancy.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next eighteen months from the initial date of appointment from this pool.
We currently have one permanent position for filling. In addition to the broader human resource functions this role assists with providing high quality data and systems analysis, research and reporting to support workforce planning and development strategies.

Conditions
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment.
Location
This role is based at Gordon Stephenson House, 140 William Street, Perth.
