Conditions This is a full time, fixed term vacancy until 30 June 2020 with the possibility of extension/s. There will also be a Pool running for a period of 24 months from the initial appointment. Applicants deemed suitable will be placed into a pool where appointments may be considered for similar vacancies for full-time, part-time, casual, fixed term or permanency.
Location This position is located in central Perth, at Gordon Stephenson House, One40 William Street. This is ideally located above the under-ground rail link and within easy walking distance of the bustling café, tourist and shopping districts.
Job Description As the Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative and secretarial services for the New Museum Project. This includes basic financial and human resources administrative processing, diary co-ordination and records management and project administration of records.
Within this role you will also be required to utilise your good interpersonal skills, ability to undertake research and analysis of data and exhibit your experience in the use of word processing, spread sheet, relevant software and data base management.
